1. If you experience a warm sensation in your mouth or throat
That is a reaction indicating that the Elephantopus Essence is working to kill bacteria. (This usually occurs if you have discomfort in your mouth or throat, nasal congestion, or nasal sensitivity.)
2. If you experience a warm sensation in the chest area
That may be a reaction indicating weakened heart and lung function. (Symptoms could include shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, or heart function issues.)
3. If you feel a warm sensation in your abdomen after drinking
That may indicate digestive issues. (Those with indigestion, bloating, constipation, or intestinal problems may experience this. It is normal to pass gas and burp after taking it; try to expel as much gas as possible.) If you experience any other symptoms after drinking Elephantopus Essence, please contact customer service for assistance.
Q2 How to Take Elephantopus Essence？
After having meals， dissolve the contents of the packet in a glass of warm water.
For Addressing Weak Legs:
- First Five Days: Take three packets daily—one in the morning, one at noon, and one in the evening.
- After the Sixth Day: Reduce to two packets daily—one in the morning and one in the evening.
For General Health Maintenance:
- Daily or Every Other Day: Take one packet.
Q3 At what age can one start taking Elephantopus Essence?
- Can be taken by individuals aged 3 and above.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
Q4 Can individuals with diabetes consume it?
Yes, they can. Our herbal products are free from sugars and artificial colors.
Q5 Can individuals taking Western medicine consume it?
They must wait at least one hour after taking Western medicine before consuming the herbal product.
Q6 Is it better to take it during the day or at night?
During the day, after meals is the best time for optimal effectiveness.
