Shipping Information
- Orders will be shipped within approximately 2-4 business days after placing the order (excluding the day of the order), not including public holidays.
- Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. No deliveries are arranged on weekends or public holidays.
- In cases of high order volume during festive seasons or due to unforeseen natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
- Home Delivery: The actual delivery schedule will depend on the route planned by the delivery driver.
- Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the notification SMS and pick up your package within seven days of arrival. Failure to pick up the package will result in shipping costs being borne by the customer.
